ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
What is the Exchange policy on Bhoomicollections?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. Once the Bhoomicollections pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size if you receive the wrong size only (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met)
Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.
Once acknowledged by the Bhoomicollections team during the next working day, please return the product to us yourself; we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Bhoomicollections will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

1. Exchange or return can be done within three days from the date of delivery
2. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange or return.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
4. Please note that exchange or return is allowed once per order.
5. Sale selection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will accept exchanges. Please make sure to record an unboxing video of the parcel as proof.
6. Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of store credit receipt.
7. The cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
8. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
